Against The Odds – Season Ticket

A season long partnership with your club…

  • Opening staff presentation – A run through of the programme for all club staff wishing to attend. Followed by q and a
  • Two 1-1 student assessments – Discussing current mental and physical health in addition to gambling and actively encouraging them to share type of bets placed (if any). This is given at the start and end of the programme.
  • 5 interactive modules – Delivered throughout the season, ATO tailored modules based on age range and key stage.
  • Player care package – 1 to 1 support available thorughout the season.
  • End of year report – Complete with Digital Badge for Club on Completion
  • Presentation on gambling within elite sport
  • Community Foundation – Additional sessions and workshops available for a clubs chosen Community Foundation

Currently available to all professional sports clubs and organisations for the 23/24 season.

*a very different offering from our one-off sessions, the season ticket covers from u13’s to first team, girls and ladies teams and also comes with a player support programme.

Open Days

Against The Odds will be holding 3 events early 2023 (North, Midlands, South) for clubs and organisations to attend.

The day will give you a much deeper insight to the programme, a chance to ask any questions and we will have a special guest at each event.

How much does a season ticket cost?

The cost of a season ticket starts at £2,000 per anum (team sports) depending on how many teams/age groups you wish to include.

How long does a season ticket last?

All content will be delivered and completed within the timeframe of your season. Alternatively, should you wish the programme to be completed sooner, this can be discussed.

Does the player care package only come with the season ticket?

Not at all, get in contact to discuss this separately

Does this cover just football?

Absolutely not! We work with all sports and are currently in talks with rugby union, rugby league cricket clubs, boxing clubs and motor sport organisations regarding our programmes.

What credentials do you have to deliver this?

Good question!

  • Enhanced child dbs certificate (online)
  • Experience of playing team sports at county level x 2
  • Btec 1,2,3 sports, health & exercise
    Currently completing level 3 counselling diploma
  • 7 years experience in public speaking and interactive delivery
    *first hand experience of dealing with a gambling addiction *
  • Excellent support from uk wide network of pgce, qts and phd lecturers with course content

Single session – (30 max cohort)

75 minute session (60 minutes interactive session with a 15 minute q&a)

We have now taken a number of block bookings and have decided to add this to our price list.

If you wish to utilise our services for a number of teams or squads within your club, please let us know and this will be quoted for accordingly dependant on approx final numbers.
